OUR OFFERINGS

WE MEASURE & TRACK
We start by defining the diversity characteristics you will track and ensuring they are in line with the data policies already in place. We choose measures to make sure we can identify risk and opportunity areas, monitor the advancement of initiatives, and compute a return on investment. It's crucial to monitor and assess the success of your organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives in order to make sure that you're moving in the right direction and to spot any areas where more work needs to be done. We can help you with everything from baseline data collecting to tracking internal and external stakeholders to evaluating current DEI procedures. Yet, we don't end there! Give one of our staff members a chance to provide you an updated explanation of how to learn more about the DE&I impact.
WE FOCUS ON PEOPLE
In addition to ensuring that all employees have a moral and ethical work environment where they feel welcome despite differences (physical, spiritual, generational, ethnic, orientation, gender identity, etc.), an effective DE&I workplace also fosters sensitivity to employee well-being regardless of the location of the employee's place of employment (in office, at home, or a hybrid). We want your staff to be more imaginative, flexible, and responsive to the demands of your organization. Every human-involving procedure needs to be reviewed and modified as necessary, and we've got you covered!

WE ANALYZE & IMPLEMENT
Starting with the assessments, let's then align corporate goals, find hidden factors, and establish the standard. The key building elements for increasing organizational diversity include comprehending the starting position, identifying the gaps, putting the correct interventions into place, and monitoring precise metrics. In collaboration with our team, our unique Culture Gap Investigation evaluates the cultures, procedures, and strategies of enterprises. We produce and provide presentations of assessment findings with high level recommendations for future projects, and we offer strategic insights based on data. Our staff is available to assist you and provide suggestions to strengthen your business case. Discover more!
We help solidify a systemic business-led approach through bold actions which define your commitment. Goals are strategic but have been proven to:

Your team can be empowered with over 25 training possibilities through Divrsee. Our equitable catalog addresses cross-cultural competencies, gender sensitivity, disability awareness, allyship, harassment prevention, neurodiversity, and more!!!!

Unconscious Bias
What It Is: Perceptions and unconscious biases are extremely similar. Unlike a stereotype, an unconscious bias is an attitude that is developed about someone or something; it is not always a result of an external judgment or behavior. However, our seminars guides effective teams to significantly develop methods of effective change.

Microaggressions
What They Are: Microaggressions are encounters and attitudes that convey a viewpoint on marginalized groups, such as LGBTQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual) and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or People of Color) identities. Divrsee works with your team to train for more inclusive language so all team members feel "more than".

Ageism
What It Is: Ageism is the concept of how we view our own or other people's ages. It impacts people of all ages, primarily in the community and at work. Ageism harms diversity, restricts innovation, and wastes valuable experience. We train to ensure team members embrace age diversity to fosters a more inclusive environment.
